Amy graduated from the Sunshine Coast University with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science. She gained a passion for the industry following her experiences living overseas in Bangladesh & India where her dad was strength and conditioning coach for the national/State cricket teams. 

Amy has always been interested in how many aspects of health it takes to support a person’s wellbeing and recovery as it’s a time of change physically and psychologically. She supports all clients by educating them to better understand and manage their conditions through evidence based exercise prescription constructed on client’s goals. 

She has experience working with chronic disease management, muscular skeletal rehabilitation, rehab after prostate cancer, indigenous health, disability and respiratory conditions. Amy's positive and outgoing attitude makes you feel at ease while on your journey to recovery and a healthier lifestyle. Amy has a special interest in respiratory and pulmonary conditions as well as disabilities. 


Outside of work, Amy enjoys playing Touch Rugby League and has represented the Sunshine Coast at a regional level.
